On McAfee's website (like below) it says

I tried to obtain a refund and have been being fobbed off with stuff like "ring America" (I am not in America) or "you didn't buy it from us" (yes I did, right on your www.mcafee.com website).

What is written on the website about refunds cannot be true if I cannot get a refund.

I am trying to obtain a refund because the software does not work and McAfee's so-called technical support were unable to help in any way. In fact they sent instructions on how to remove the software which were erroneous.

When I try and get in contact with them I get the run around. It seems they are trying to fob me off until the 7 days expires so they can then say "Aha! Your seven days are up!"

Anyone who buys software from McAfee should be aware there is no support or even interest from McAfee after they get your money. And the refund promise is a barefaced lie.
