Complaint Review: Mcatemplate

I do not know how or where they got my credit card information. However, they charged me for $11.89 for non-existant services / product.

The amount is small and I initially dismissed it when I was reviewing my on-line bank statement. Then I went back over things and I couldn't remember making this particular charge. This is not my primary bank, I use it only for very few and very specific charges so this stood out.

I also keep every receipt I receive, printed and filed in a file cabinet and also in a computer file. I have no receipts from them. I then went to the internet and began searching for the company to see what they sell. Imagine my surprise when I saw other complaints for the same amount from other people.

I immediately emailed my bank and I have filed paperwork with their fraud division. However, I want other people to know that they may be ripped off by this company. They charge a small amount so it is easy to overlook.
