McCarthy Dinning Limited- Richard A. D. Beresford Last 4 years before 2012 Mr Struan Johnston has been owner and director of 3 companies which have been dissolved one after another due to the lack of expertise, bad behavior with any person he is dealing with and bad business approach. For the first time in his life time, Mr. Johnston with his associates Richard Beresford and Tony Tadros have been involved with a british company as well as an US company for a sale of 2 Boeing 737 300 managed by Gecas and maintained by British Airways.   The client have stated the following:'' we have been through many difficulties dealing with them  more than you can imagine to the extend that we had to alert a reputable law firm in case of potential problem''.  As the US party which never been paid till now is taking the case of scam and extortion by McCarthy Dinning LTD and Caledonian to the FBI, US State Department as well as the British government, Struan Johnston and Richard Beresford refused with all arrogance to settle the matter peacefully with the lawyer of the US company which has been in business since 10 years.  London-UK
