Thanks to all of you who have posted your experiences with this "company", I avoided getting scammed by these frauds.

Last week, I received a call from "Terry Carson" regarding my loan approval.  I was "approved" for a $5000 loan.  However, I needed to send a collateral security payment of $820.82 as a downpayment.  I was going to send the downpayment tomorrow but something just didn't feel right.  That's when I found these posts.

So "Terry Carson" called me this evening to give me the information so that I could send my money via Western Union.  I informed him that I am no longer interested as I learned they are a scam.  Not to mention, I learned that a cash security payment is completely illegal unless it's deducted from the loan proceeds.

I did, however, commend "Terry Carson" on the great work on their "loan documents" and "website".  I can see how a typically intelligent person would fall for this.

"Terry Carson" was very offended that I called him a scammer.  I mean, he has two kids and a wife of his own and would NEVER scam a person at Christmas time!!  This guy actually had the nerve to continue to try to convince me that this is no scam at all.  LMAO!!!!!!  He was well aware of the other posts to this site and tried to convince me that the folks that have posted are just upset that they didn't qualify for a loan.  NICE TRY.

Does anyone else find it interesting that there is no contact number on their website.  Or that, since they are aware of the posts on this site, they haven't bothered to file a rebuttal?  Hmmmmmm.....

So, Happy Holidays, Terry!!!  Looks like it's time to change the name of your company, as I'm sure you do everytime your scam is exposed.

To the people who did lose money, my heart goes out to you.
