mcchway Stole my money and lied to me Shenzhen City Guangdong Province
I placed an order with “mychway” on DHGate - order no 331909238 for a laser lipo machine. A few months ago one of the big paddles broke. I messaged the seller and asked to buy a new one. They told me the price would be $49 and to send the money to them through paypal.
They sent me the wrong part. They sent me a paddle to a different machine. They said to send back the wrong part and they would reimburse me for the shipping cost. The shipping cost me $25. I sent them pictures of the shipping receipt and the customs form.
They now have the wrong part and my money but they wont send me a new part.
After receiving the part they stopped responding to my emails or would wait a few weeks and then respond back something different that didn’t follow the previous conversation.
I want a new part or to be paid back my $49 and $25.
This seller has stolen from me and lied to me. I am a victim here and want to take legal action against them to get my money back or get the correct part. Also, I want to take legal action against them to prevent them from scamming other customers.
