Complaint Review: McClellan Business Services

Thomas McClellan, owner of McClellan Business services advertises on the jobs wanted section of Craigslist.  He does a song and dance and even has a nice video on his website about becoming an affiliate of his company.

The video explains how you will be paid for business that need funding.  The company (this is where the fraud is) will take care of all marketing expenses so you will have leads calling you that want business loans.  On average they go on to explain that you will write about 15-20 business loans per month.  The business will have to switch over to McClellan Business Services to process their credit card transactions.  You should watch the short video because they explain it much better than I ever could here.

The long and short of it is that you have to send them $1588.00 for a one time and fully refundable deposit to get you set up with McClellan Business Services.  This is to be refunded to you after your first business loan.  After I sent in the paperwork for my first loan as instructed I have never heard back from this company.  I have also never received any leads from the company.  Long story short they will take your money and you will never him from them again.

If you have ever dealt with McClellan Business Services or Thomas McClellan please respond to this report.  I am looking into pursuing legal action.
