McCloud's asphalt Rj mccould Beware of mccould's asphalt sealing Cookeville Tennessee
On 9-5-2015 my boyfriend was working for mccould's asphalt sealing out of Cookeville Tn. He got hurt and had to go to the ER. The owner Mr RJ mccould informed him he didn't have any workers compensation insurance. My boyfriend broke his wrist and is out of work for 6 weeks. Mr McCloud text him and told him any other contact should be with his lawyer. Just this last week when found out that mccould's asphalt has to have workers compensation insurance under the new law that was passed in 2014.
Home owners beware don't hire this company because if someone gets hurt you maybe be responsible for their injuries. On top of Mr McCloud not having insurance he is also using a vehicle that must have Tn-Dot number on it and don't and don't have any CDL license. He has called my boyfriend shady but the only one shady is Mr McCloud and mccould asphalt. We have filed paperwork with the state because Mr McCloud should have has workers compensation insurance. If someone is looking for work don't go there it's not worth it and home owners it's not worth the chance you be taking.
