I won a free value meal with the monopoly game.. It state a free lunch or dinner medium extra value meal.. I went to order the chicken mcnuggets and the cashier told me i couldn't.. she told me that i could not order the chicken mcnuggets or the chicken strip meals.. They cost too much...
My problem is that the price for that meal was $4.50, i spoke with the manager who was the rudest person i have ever met. and he told me i still couldn't get it.. I believe if the game ticket said ANY EXTRA VALUE MEAL. It sould be any meal.. that to me is lieing... I went on and order a chicken sandwich meal which cost $4:50, the same as the one i wanted.. imagine that!! to me either the store owner needs attention or the mcdonals corporation needs some help..

Although I don't work at that store, but I am a new manager and they way that you were treated was wrong and should not been allowed. We are surposed to except all coupons and give you want you want. The only time that we wont except them is if they have already expired or a different store location. Once again, the game is coming up in a couple of months, and I personally would not go back to that store. If you live in a bigger city that has other McD's, then I would go to them..Perfer that the owner/operator is different. I do inventory everynight, and the chicken nuggets are not much more than the crispy or grill chicken. I am not taking their side at all. If I was a manager at that store, I would be ashame to show up to work knowing other fellow managers are treating customers like that. I hope that your next McDonald's experence is better than that.
