Receipt Number 820. October 16, 2018. Located 24. 912am. I ordered my food from the self kiosk. I usually bring in my 8 pound ESA dog with me. As I waited for my order, I was approached by a person who was dressed in all black. He did not identify himself not showed an identify piece of information. He said that my dog was not allowed in the Restaurant. I visit the Restaurant 5 times a day for 4 years. Over 7500 times. He wanted my dog out. I asked him for the rules. He declined. He mouthed off to me about having a job, that he knew all the laws of the land. I was in a hurry to take my food to go. He then grabbed my dog by the collar. As the dog tried to fend for himself, he hit his head on the side of counter. He proceeded to take my dog away from me. I yelled for help. The owner Rick who knew me stuck up for me. The Security guard abused my comfort dog, abused my health. Evidently they have new policies. All I got was nothing. I did take the dog to the vet.
