I was at my brothers house spending the night. The next morning we both got up to head to my parents house in Sumter, SC. We decided to stop for breakfast at McDonald's a few miles down the road. We both ordered and my brother got his breakfast first and the lady at the counter told me that mine would be a little while and if I took a seat they would bring it out to me. So I sat down and waited, and waited and did not even complain about the wait. No apology was given for the wait as well. So I ate my breakfast and we both went to my car only to have a police officer pull up behind my car and block me in. I rolled my window down and he asked if he could look in my trunk that a employee there said I had been selling stuff out of my car earlier. A young lady in a McDonalds outfit was standing there. I told him "sure" as we walked back and looked in my trunk I laughed and said "unless it was in my sleep and I hid all the evidence hun because I just woke up a few minutes ago and my brother here is my witness".. She did not apologize or anything.. This was very embarrasing to me and caused me to run late meeting my parents.. I think the girl must have been high or drunk or something..

You stated first that you woke up and went to McDonalds and ordered your food and proceeded to "wait and wait". Then you say you told the cop that you had been up for only a few minutes. Those two statements seem to contradict each other.

But, having said that, I will say that if I had been you and I wasn't selling anything out of the back of my car, as you put it, I would have requested the cop walk over with me to the store and speak with the "accuser" to find out exactly what as going on. Maybe she confused your car or you with someone else. But I would definitely have found out why someone called the cops on me.
