McDonalds In Lake Charles Louisiana Wrongful Fires and Treats Employees unfairly also Takes Time from working employees to save labor! Lake Charles, Louisiana
I was and still am currently at McDonalds in Lake Charles but will not reveal my name they take time from people that are legibly being productive employees at their establishments in order to save the money on top line sales and to save labor. I also know they forge their food safety books and never really test the quality of their food. Instead of wasting old product they reset the timers on their cabinets which is dangerous and unsanitary. I feel these people pray on the on poor unprivileged people and fire them at will when they get wise to their bull. So just encase i lose my job and go to selling drugs or rob their a*s for doing me what they did me (which i will not explain in this paragraph because they might find out exactly who iam) Iam just warning future employees or customers that might trust in the way Doug Gehrig the Owner of the franchise out here stores are ran.

I am really appalled by these statements. First, I sanction none of these things in my organization, nor do I tolerate these actions by my subordinates. And, in the past when policies have been broken, actions have been taken.
I have an an open door policy and always have. If any "facts" stated in the statement were brought to my attention, and I hope they would have been, I would have taken action. Nor do I ever punish an employee for bringing issues to me.
I want my employees and customers treated well, and I go to great lengths to make that happen. My door is still open, if the employee is still employed by me.

With the attitude of let me work or I am going to rob your a** you sound like you may be better suited for a job at your local DQ.
Oh and I'll give you 3 guesses(because I think you may need them) as to what DQ really means in your case.
