McDonalds Tiny Hamburger Patties Bellefontaine Ohio
Ate at the McDonalds on route 68 there in Bellefontaine, Ohio back on September 6th, 2012.Had coupons for the Big Macs, buy one get one free.Got our food. The meat on the big macs was super super tiny. about the size of a dollar coin. Also, the middle bun section was missing off all of the sandwiches that we bought. Said something to the girl at the counter and her response was she was not sure about the meat patties and not sure if they ran out of buns.
If they did not have either then they should of taken what items off the menu that they did not have the right stuff to make them with. She never offered our money back or anything else in exchange to eat.That night there were only younger people working there. I did not see anyone of age that could of been a manager.
I filed a complaint with the McDonalds company and they said they would forward it to the Bellefontaine location but I never heard anything from them.You be the judge but never eat at that McDonalds location for fear of not getting what you ordered.
