Mcdowells Dent Repair like to sub out work in order seem larger than they really are Boise Idaho
Recently took my Mercedes in for some dent repairs. Good thing I took pictures. Got a Quote to repair Dent and ended up with a bondo repair. After I paid close to what the body shop I use wanted, they further informed me to expect the paint to peel. I showed the picture to a mobile dent repair man, he was very confident he could of repaired it without painting, and at half the cost. Later found out the paint work was performed by someone that works behind their store front. ( Front that is ).

McDowells stands firm in delivering only the highest quality work with fast turn around time, we pick up and deliver, we guarantee all work for as long as the customer owns their vehicle, boat, furniture (whether office or home) or air craft.
The co workers at McDowells Dent Repair of Nampa, Boise, Meridian, Caldwell, Kuna and yes, even Eagle earned the coveted Better Business Award of 2006 for Integrity in Business. We earned that award because we deliver what we promise, as we promise and when things go wrong, we make it right.
This "Mercedes Lover" in Eagle needs to contact our office and identify himself so we can find out where we failed and take steps to correct it. I will personally visit his home or office and bring the vehicle to our shop on Cole Rd. in Boise and repair the issue as well as refund all his money from the previous unsatisfactory repair.
But we can't do a thing to make it right unless we get the call.

I just happened to stumble upon this silly ripoff report and wanted to inform whoever reads it that its bogus. I have been taking my vehicle to McDowells for three years since they opened their retail location. I have used them to repair two of my cars, a BMW and my wifes suburban. All I can say is that they do amazing work and I have stood and watched them actually masage dents out of my doors so they dissapear! Their quality and integrity is unquestionable and I would recomend their work to anyone.
