Also It HAs come to my attention Thumbtack.com Is allowing Unlicensed, Uninsured Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC, Mechanicle Trades People to Advertise With the Proper State Regulations. Advertising Trade work With A contractors License Is Illegall In TX. And Operating A Buisness With out insurance Is Illeagal For Most trades In TX.
