Purchased a new vehicle, took three return visits to receive operator's manual. Still waiting on second set of keys. Spoke to Sales Manager Chris on all three visits regarding the second set of keys. Files a BBB report and received a call from Imed Chahed (General Manager) stating I can arrange a meeting with Dennis Rogers (Pre-Owned Sales Manager) and pick up the second set of keys. Dennis played stupid and transferred me back to Chris. I made an additional visit to see Chris and he pulled me into the service area (away from all customers and said) "You filed a case with the BBB, do you think we are going to jump through hoops for you" I started to speak and he said "Don't lose your temper, I will have you thrown off the property, no calmly retrieve your car and leave our property".

I still have not received the second set of keys to my brand new vehicle.



After my last encounter with Chris, there is nothing McGee could do to rectify this situation short of terminating Chris's employment, supplying me with my second set of keys and paying me for my time and mileage for the 4-5 visits I made to their dealership.
