This is THE WORST management company I have ever had the DIS-pleasure dealing with!  They are inefficient, unresponsive, and lazy.  For example, we have lock that are broken where ALL of the residents need to go in and out of that MANY have complained about but are still not fixed after YEARS (no joke...truly years) of complaining about them.  Someone through a picnic bench over the side of the outdoor pool area that is broken in the grass and it's been there for MONTHS now (it is now December 2011 and it was there in June 2011 and still there today), broken washer and dryers that never get fixed, stains on the wall from kids cokes or someone's coffee, blood on the stairs from someone falling that these stains have been there for MONTHS!!!!!!!  IT'S DISGUSTING!  When telling the management company, they don't do anything about it.  Neighbors who have been there for months who needs garage key cards still haven't received their cards.  PATHETIC.  THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST AND DO NOT DO THEIR JOB AT ALL.  DO NOT HIRE THEM.  THESE JERKS NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS.
