Complaint Review: McGuire Law Firm / Young and Husain Law Firm

 This law firm wasted over one month of my time.  They made promises such as: we will be very attentative to your case, you will always be able to speak to someone who is knowledgeable of your case, we will keep you updated on your case, we will provide copies of all paperwork to you, our fee is 33% unless you go to court...then it will raise to 40-45%.

I am having to sue my insurance company for funds that were not paid.  I trusted this company and they did nothing.  And I mean NOTHING.  I have been asking for a copy, just a copy, of any letters that they have sent to my insurance company.  I was told, from the lawyer himself, that they contacted my insurance company.  How hard is it to fax, mail, e-mail, etc. a letter?  It has been over three weeks and I have not recieived anything.  Also, no one that works there is knowledgeable of any case.  I get told one thing from one person and something else from another.  This company all ready tried to raise there fee (from 33 1/3% to 45%) in one week.  And that is just for filing a lawsuit...not going to court.  They break promises.  They do not care about your case.  To these people, you are just a number and some cash signs.  I have limited time to get my case resolved and they have wasted the majority of it.  After e-mailing and calling them countless times, I was finally released from the contract.  Now I have to find someone who really can help.  There is much more to complain about but I'm sure no one will even read this.  If you do, remember this:  Save yourself the time, stress, money, and heart ache by going to someone else.
