MCI and Bellsouth Rip-off to consumers ..a raquet
Beware!!! change long distance from MCI.Because of admitted human error on MCIs part MCI has charged me over 700.00 dollars in long distance for one billing cycle.
They charged us .30 a minute after failing to enlist a new Bellsouth phone account in the .07 a minute plan that we requested.
After numerous attempts to have our bill adjusted they informed my wife that they didnt care if we went with a competitor.We are still disputing the charges.
Please call MCI and change to anyone else tell your friends and family. They are rude and they do not deserve my or your hard earned money.
The "raquet" is Bellsouth automatically puts you in a long distance plan with inflated rates until you actually call the long distance carrier and confirm your long distance plan. No big deal if you move accross town. However if you move to a different state LOOKOUT. Thats where they spank you.
