mci cellular_singular service pay for a phone and not be able to use it?
my mother has ordered three singular phones online and is requested that i take care of the details. we recived the phones with out incedent. we recived a bill without incedent. we even recived the paper work for the phone ie..instuction booklet,ect. well the phones worked....for one day. now we are looking at a bill for $195.00 and cannot use the phones because of their mistake. we ordered the phone with voicemail....witch did activate in the time that they said it would. One problem though...when it activated noone can call your cell until you set up your voice mail account..they sent all nessesary paper work except a manager pasword. without this password i cannot set up voice mail so i can not recive calls but still have to pay the bill or be faceing a healthy cancel fee of $200.00 per phone, remember now that there is three phones? so do the math $200.00 per phone thats $600.00 and the activation fees and first months bill at $195.00 for a grand total of $795.00 for one day of service.i have tried for days now to get ahold of a coustomer service rep to no avail, im starting to wonder if they even have them to only thing i get is a recording stateing that due to long hold times call back later. i dont know about you but most people sleep at night ...i called at 3am and got the same recording.if you ask me its a rip off and unfortunely its looking like i got ripped.well it looks like im going to be putting in some overtime to come up with $800.00.
