MCI doesn't care about employees or their customers

I first started having problems with the company when I bought my phone and they would not quote me a dollar figure after I had used my minutes, then they charged me for roaming for calling only 4 miles away.

They were rude but finally did not charge me long distance. The next thing was that they mis-read a check and stated i did not pay them the correct amount when actually I had. When I got my statement I noticed it and sent them a copy of the check both the front and back from my bank. (10 dollar charge mind you). The next month the same thing, no correction and again I sent them another copy of the check ($5 charge only this time). I had attached a letter with both and they chose to ignore it. I decided to call them and cancel my service when the contract was up in March.

That's when another problem occurred. No matter what time of the day, I either got put on hold for eternity, got a recording that said to call back or transferred to a person who said they couldn't help me and transferred me to infinity again!!! In the last three weeks I have spent over 3 hours on hold and trying to get these issues resolved.

What losy customer service. I think they deliberately have those recordings so you can't resolve issues with them. I am writing them one last time and to cancel ...I refuse to pay for the service when my contract is up. There are alot of other companys out there who provide SERVICE. I could use any help. Thanks.
