MCI has Worthless Customer Service & is the ripoff business that doesn't give a dam. Washington, DC
It's time to DUMP MCI! I'm one of so many people who seem to have nothing but bad things to say about how MCI handles their customers. From confusing bills, to ridiculously long wait times at their 800 customer service numbers, to rude employees, to threatening and heavy handed collection activities, the list goes on and on and on and on about MCI.
Look folks, there must be hundreds of other long distance companies out there who would love to have a shot a MCI's customers. If you're with MCI, DUMP THEM IMMEDIATELY! The only way those goof balls are going to get the message that they are horrible is for them to start losing hundreds, perhaps thousands of customers daily.
Help spread the word... DUMP MCI... tell a friend... tell a relative... tell a co-worker... tell a neighbor... DUMP MCI. Be done with their crap.
