This has been an ongoing problem since Oct.2002. MCI admitted they failed to switch me over from AT&T, therefore, AT&T actually handled my calls, thus billing me, and I was also billed by MCI for the calls they never handled. I was billed the first time for $59.63 and the next for $32.74 by AT&T, in the meantime, I was still being billed by MCI,which I was obligated to pay.

Regina Williams, my contact at MCI, was no help at all in resolving this problem. She only told me not to pay the current charges from MCI of $34.80. Two days ago I received another bill from MCI with that amount added to my current
charges.

I might add, from the very beginning of signing on with MCI, I have had to contact them for overcharges, twice, because they charged me for a second line, which I do not have.

I sent a copy of AT&Ts bills to MCIs home office in Iowa, never heard from them. I have been given the run around from day one. I have discontinued my service with MCI as of 2/11/03 confirmation #DLS2749396,and yet, yesterday I received a whole new plan from them which I have never subscribed to. I feel that I should have been reimbursed for the payments that I made to AT&T totaling $92.37.
