Complaint Review: MCI Residential Service

If you are thinking about getting your home service with MCI, think again. They will over charge you for the connection and number.

I have only had my number with them since Dec. And I have paid them over $200.00. They are still saying I owe them $280.00 more. They are charging me almost $200.00 for connecting my number. My monthly plan is only $35.00.
I have talked to so many people to get a statement stating that it is $200.00 to get started. They keep telling me that they are sending me a bill. I have told them that I am not paying until I get that statement. Since no one told me that up front. I would never have gotten service with them.

I just keep getting the run around with them. They call my house at least 5 times a day. They call everyday. 7 days.

So, if you do not want to get ripped off by your home phone service, Do Not get MCI residential.
