MCI rip-off Garden City, New York
I had 3 accounts with MCI worldcom. I had made many payments but never received credit and they keep sending me the same bill again and again with more charges. I have called them many times and even faxed my cancel check showing the payment. I still did not receive credit. They send me to collection 2 times I faxed again my info. but never heard. Now they are billing me again and again.
