MCI RIPOFF IGNORANT FRADULENT SCAM I'M EMBARASSED FOR MCI Nationwide

I have also been victimized by MCI's puposefully fraudulent practices and inept customer service team. It not only took me 4 hours on the phone to sign up with them because they kept screwing it up (I guess I should have known then, huh?) it took me ANOTHER 6 months to fix it when they changed my service to the most expensive plan without telling me.

I moved and told them to transfer my service with my same plan...instead they transferred it to the plan that costs like 49 cents a minute or something crazy like that. When I discovered that my $19.00 phone bill was $250, I called to complain and got the run around for about 2 months, during which time they disconnected my long-distance service. After literally 30 phone calls and coming very near to having a stroke several times, we got them to admit their mistake and credit our account.

They said our service would be turned back on in 3-5 days. Not only did it NEVER come on, we got a bill for the $19.00 for every month that it had been disconnected so we required another credit. We called 3 times to cancel our account and had to stay on the phone for about an hour each time. If I could have gone to their office, they would have had to physically remove me from the building. I HATE MCI, and have vowed to tell EVERYONE what a rip-off it is...the only other company that has pushed me this far is CINGULAR wireless...and they SUCK just as bad. I hope MCI goes belly-up, bankrupt, etc. and I hope all the jerks who gave us the runaround are getting the same in return from another company.
