MCI Scammed ME ..Bad Billing Practices

MCI needs to be shut down...I was so glad to find out that I'm not the only one that has been scammed. I got my phone back in 2001. I had a simple plan that was 39.95 a month...I used my phone regularly..during the week and weekends...I received my first bill on time...there were no extra charges or anything...then the next month...no bill...I called and they said not to worry...they were having some computer problem because of setting up a new billing program...6 months went by without a bill...I was using my phone the same as always...then I got a bill after all this time ...6 months later I was getting billed for my second month of usage...again it was a decent bill, no extra charges...the bill said that I should expect to start receiving multiple bills in the mail soon...that's ridiculous...then a few more months went by with no bill...then within a matter of 3 weeks I received a bill for 800.00, then 975.00, then I was too upset...then they told me that I was warned that I was going to receive these bills...I closed the account and that week they sent me what was supposed to be the final bill which by this time was 1257.00. Of course I refuse to pay all of this...and I'm still receiving bills and have a bill now over 1500.00 and I haven't even been using the phone. It's ridiculous.

I've been reading some of the other comments here and I think there are more than enough people here to have a class action suit filed. If anyone get's one going please let me know about it. I will be checking this site daily to see if one is started.
