Mci the 1st rip-off was the rep telling me they had linkup the 2nd was sending me a coupon & not honoring it Phoenix Arizona
mci should not send coupons in the mail & then send you a collection notice trying to say you didn't pay your bill and they never got a coupon in the mail..........
They also should not lie about their service being cheaper than their competitors it is not! the better business bureau should investigate their business practices
