Complaint: They continue to bill me incorrectly.

Problem: I signed on to their promotional plan on July 11, 01.
"The Advantage Regional 120 Digital plan."

This Promational plan came with an additional 200 bonus Anytime Minutes per month for 12 months and 1000 Off-Peak Minutes per month for 12 months. The plan also calls for no charge for Long Distance calls for 12 months. They continue to bill me for all minutes over 120 anytime minutes , even though I never go over my entitled 320 anytime call per month.

They bill me for all long distance calls. This has gone on since I activated my phone on July 11,01. Each month as I receive my bill I must call them to correct the bill. Each time they promise to correct the billing plan. When I call MCI it takes from 30 to 45 minutes before I can reach a customer service rep. This last time I called , they will not correct it unless I FAX them a copy of my order confirmation which details the plan.

On 11-19-01 I have Faxed them my termination letter and complain as well as the copy of the agreement, which they originaly sent me when I first order the phone. They want to charge me $200.00 to terminate the contract at this date.

I am now waiting to hear from Worldcom Wierless. It has now cost me over $10.00 to Fax and mail correspondence. WorlCom has demonstrated repeatedly that they have no incentive or intention to bill me on the agreed upon Plan. It is my opinion that they are trying to dicourage me from calling back and are counting on wearing me out.

My recomendation is to stay away from WorldCom Wireless!!

MCI , get your act together!!
