I had been a former employee and a long time subscriber of MCI WorldCom's wireless service. I had gotten a promotional new phone for my son and myself. I did not get a bill for 6 months. When I finally could get through to someone in the customer service department I was told to just pay my bill. I explained that I did not have a bill and could not just pay a bill that I had no idea of what I was paying for. Plus my phone was used as a business tool for my job and I could not get reimbursed with out a bill. When I finally got a bill it was
SIX MONTHS worth of charges and a charge for the phone. And to add insult to injury, a disconnect fee for both phones of an additional $200 per phone. I have tried a number of times via email and phone calls to straighten their mess out, but have not gotten anywhere. I will never use their service again and would never recommend any one to use their services. They are a big rip off!! And I am stuck paying on a $1700 invoice!!!
