MCI Worldcom aka Paragon Cellular ripoff Richmond Virginia
I tried for 3 months to sign up for "the neighborhood" plan. I sent the required deposit only to have it sent back to me. I even spoke to a supervisor "Michael" who was even less help and less professional than the previous ignorant reps that I had spoken to. I finally decided that they must have enough business and do not need mine. They better not call me when their ship starts sinking..

About all MCI knows how to do these days is promote their service with "slick" TV ads featuring washed-up musicians.
AVOID MCI LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
