MCI WORLDCOM CELL PHONE, THEY DON'T GIVE A RATS a*s ABOUT YOU OR ME, THEY JUST TRY TO SUCK AS MUCH MONEY OUT OF YOU AS POSSIBLE

WHEN I SIGNED UP A YEAR AGO I WAS TOLD I HAD TO DO A TWO YR CONTRACT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A FREE PHONE.I LOST MY PHONE, IT TOOK SEVERAL DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND NEARLY AN HR WITH EACH CALL TO GET A REP.

LUCKILY I FOUND MY PHONE, THEY CUT MY SERVICE OFF FOR NO REASON AND NO REIMBUSRMENT WAS MADE TO ME. IT TOOK THEM 2 WEEKS TO RETURN SERVICE THREE DIFFERNET REPS AND FORGET ABOUT TALKING TO A SUPERVISOR THAT WON'T HAPPEN.

THEY SCREWED UP MY BILL MANY TIMES NO ONE TO HELP ME. MY PHONE IS BROKE THERE IS NO WAY OF REPLACING IT OR SERVICING IT.THE CLOSEST MCI PLACE IS FOUR HRS AWAY AND THEY HAD ENOUGH NERVE TO ASK ME IF I COULD DRIVE TO THEIR LOCATION. I HAVE SENT IN MANY WRITTEN COMPLAINTS ONE VERBALLY AND ONE E-MAIL AS WELL IN WRITTEN MAIL, NOT ONCE HAVE THEY RESPONDED.

THEY DO NOT GIVE A RATS a*s ABOUT YOU OR ME, THEY JUST TRY TO SUCK AS MUCH MONEY OUT OF YOU AS POSSIBLE AND WILL NOT LET YOU OUT OF THE CONTRACT OR EVEN ACT AS IF THEY CARE.

PLEASE E-MAIL ME IF ANY OF YOU HAVE ANY SOLUTIONS, THEY ARE NOT RECIEVING NOT ONE PENNY FROM ME ANYMORE.

I COULD GO ON FOR MANY PAGES ABOUT THESE PEOPLE I KNOW MANY OF YOU KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT.
