MCi worldcom cellular ripoff, balance was paid!

this company is unbelievable, they didnt send me a bill for 3 months then cut my service for non payment even though their records showed my balance was paid. then after waitng on hold for 2 hours ( i haven't experienced anything less than 30 minutes yet ) they told me that it would take 7 working days to turn my phone back on, and what did i get for my time and inconvenience? a $10 credit!! plus every month i get charged a minumum of twenty dollars extra for extra services i dont have. then my next bill went from $29.99 to $500.00, after waiting on hold again for 45 minutes they tell me the charges are $200.00 for terminating my contract early and all my minutes used since termination! i didn't terminate my contract!!! i had to explain that they had made a mistake and turned my service off.
i had to wait 3 months to upgrade to a better phone, each week they told me it would be in in a couple days. i cant even get the local office manager to return my calls (of which i made numerous calls and left him voice mail each time)
i cant wait for my contract to expire and hope i don't have this kind of trouble when i cancel it, but i expect i will given their past track record!
