Complaint Review: WorldCom Wireless

MCi WorldCom has been ripping me off since I signed up with them.

They said something about accelerated billing to catch me up on my bill with them. I was never behind. I've paid about $200 so far for four months worth of service. My plan is only $29.99 per month. I finally told them I'm not paying any more till I see some kind of accounting. I expect my service will be cutoff any time now.

Like many businesses today, they take advantage of the fact that many people are too busy to worry about the small stuff. Unfortunately, the small stuff can become big stuff in a hurry. Thanks for listening, and I love your concept of a bad business bureau.

Now we need credit reporting service for the little guy. A place where I can enter something negative on some big conglomerate's record for continuing to debit my VISA even though I wrote to cancel my account with them. That sort of thing. Take care all.
