MCI Worldcom Rip off 3 phones later...

I ordered a phone from MCI 3 months ago. Well, I live in Washington State. They sent me a phone with a Washington DC phone number first. So I call, and of course I am on hold for 40 or so minutes. When I finally get though to them and tell them my problem the lady was stupid enough to say that it ws probably my fault. Yeah... sure. Well the second phone I got from them had the right area code,... but of course the phone was defective. It wouldnt connect with the company. By this time they had already sent me a bill though. After spending hours on the phone waiting and screaming... I finally got a phone that worked. Well, thats after they took forever. They kept telling me that they were out of the phone that I had ordered. Well It was a promotional deal. Which showed 2 kinds of phones that I could choose from. Then they tried to tell me that I was mistaken, and that there was only one phone I could have. Of course they were always "out" of that phone when I called to see why I hadnt recieved it yet. They are always making up excuses. And I also have to pay the bill they sent me when I didnt even have a working phone. So naturally... I turned to AT&T. I havent had problems with them at all. They are great.
