MCI Worldcom ripoff random billing Internet Nationwide

MCI Worldcom switched me to a "random billing" plan without my permission or request. My long distance bills went from $30/month to $150-$250. Since I had my bills automatically charged to my credit card I had to pay hundreds of dollars extra over a period of three months. I called customer service but they were not able to help. They claimed that I had to deal with the "random billing" department myself since they did not have their number. Since customer service did not have their number I had to write letter after letter requesting my refund. All I got back were anonymous post cards saying that I had made the calls from my phone and was resonsible for the charges.

They finally refunded my money when I threatened to report them to the FCC!

Bottom line..... REPORT THEM TO THE FCC!
