Complaint Review: MCI Worldcom

Since I got my current phone number MCI has repeatedly changed my long distance service without my knowledge or consent.

I signed a slamming protetion order with SBC phone service here in Chicago. They slammed me 3 more times.

SBC has sent the bills back to them. But now MCI is trying to collect on this. 11 calls one month that total $73.03. Made back to back on the same day. All of them are for 3min (ex 1:03,1:06,1:09).

I have sent a copy of the slamming protection from SBC and MCI letter apologizing to the Illinois Public Utility Commision. Commerce commision. There is a fine of $1,000 that can be used.
