When I first joined Worldcom wireless I thought that they had great service plans. The rep who sold me my phone told me that my first bill was going to be for a month and a half worht of service. I thought that would be ok because I joined in the middle of a billing period. When i received my first bill it was for only one half month of service, what ever. So I mailed out my payment. The next statment came and said that they did not get my first payment. Well the check already cleared my account. So I talked to the collections department and informed them of this, they said just pay what is due, fine. For the next four months I received many letters stating that the billing was being updated and it will take awhile to receive a bill. I got tired of waiting so I called and talked to a manager there and changed my address for the third time and they told me everything will be updated and fine. After receiving the bill for three months of service I promptly mailed the payment. It wasn't to long after that they suspended my service and mailed a collection notice to me, funny thing is that they never sent another bill until 3 months after that. So they claimed that again I didn't pay and again the check cleared my account. So at that point I had enough. After calling once a day for three weeks and not getting through to any one I finaly had my acount deactivated. They still felt nessecary to continue to bill me though. It has been almost four months since I've had my account deactivated and I have yet to talk to anyone about the current charges.
