I received this company's cell phone on 11/15 and sent it back to the dealer the following day. My biggest mistake was not sending it back through UPS, but regular mail.

I received a bill for $44.52 on 12/5. The first time I tried to get through I hung up after being on hold for 20 minutes. I called again the following morning after being on hold for 25 minutes I was told that their computer system was "upgrading" and that they would not be able to verify that I had sent the phone back.

I tried again that afternoon and again a day later, each time holding for almost half an hour, to be told the same thing. On 12/10 I was yelled at by a very mean woman telling me that the system that had been upgrading would not help me since it was UPS tracking computer system!

I asked to speak to a supervisor who told me that I would be responsible for the contract and would have to pay a $250.00 "early termination fee" if I could not provide proof that I had returned the phone.

Thank God UPS was able to provide me with the address and telephone number of the dealer who agreed to call Worldcom and tell them that I had returned the phone.

Lo and behold....when the dealer called, Worldcom told him that the contract had already been terminated!Why did they not tell me that?

I e-mailed Worldcom and asked them to verify what they told the dealer and am still waiting for a response! I wonder what my next bill will bring?

I will never, ever deal with this company again. Their customer service sucks! Where do they get these women and their HUGE attitudes?

Buyer beware of Worldcom Wireless aka Paragon Cellular.
