My tale is very similar to the one's I have read on this site. The list of problems with this so called company grows each week. Untimely, incorrect, inconsistent, no itemization for billing(rip-off). On hold for hours to get nothing accomplished. Customer Service is the worst I have ever seen. Numerous problems with the phone. To fix the existing phone they want a credit card # to secure a loaner(used) phone, and take 6 weeks to fix mine. Changing of plan features, to thier benefit, with out notice. Anyone considering any service provided by this company should steer clear of this incompetent company. The next Enron? Sign me up for the class action.
