I cannot cacell my aats. with these thieves. Numerous attemts to call their customer service number proved futile. You receive a recording informing you that due to a high volume of calls (complaints) to call back later then you are automatically disconnected. This is at anytime of the day or night. Numerous writings to the cust. service dept. go un answered. My one year contract expired in July of 2001, was not renewed or extended, yet I am still being billed monthly. I threw my two free phones in the garbage after smashing them last fall. No calls have been made on these accts. however the bills keep coming. I have even writeen accross the front of these bills informing the that I don't want their service ,cancelled in black magic marker and sent them back. I received another bill 02/07/02 and this one informed me that I can now contact their cust. service dept. via the internet e-mail address wirelesscs@lists.wcom.com. Guess it comes back unfounded. I have excellent credit and I don't want these sleasy crooks to ruin it. Where do I go from here?
