I have already filed one report "WorldCom Wireless Misrepresents Phone Plans". I want to find interested parties in filing a class action suit, and if you are a law firm that specializes in this please contact me and tell me what needs to be done. If you are an interested party that has information on how to do this please contact me.
I am at my wits end with WorldCom Wireless. I have tried, and tried, to find a way of getting satisfaction and working the entire misrepresentation of their plan to me but to no avail, and to get the billing straigtened out. I feel like I am talking to myself, which couldn't be true because I would at least try to be of some help. Customer Service is a joke. Not the people I dealt with. They were polite but they could do nothing to help me and there is no referral for dispute of the misrepresentation or screwed up billing. Now I want to go all out. I am not going to have my good credit ruined by this company. They don't want to admit that they are clearly in the wrong or to help resolve the situation that now exists amicably. I have been left no choice but to protect myself. When I asked for the corporate headquarters address, and the name of the President of the company I was told that they "couldn't give out that information. I have never been so frustrated with any company, ever!! Maybe if we all speak up together we can get some real "customer service", justice and make future services better for other people.
