Complaint Review: MCi worldcom wireless

here is the email I just sent these idiots, and everyone there IS an idiot!

I have been trying to resolve this issue for some time. You have us listed as "Curbes" for women, obviously no one there can spell, either. We NEVER received our phones and we are unable to get through to your customer service number. When we did get through, I was told the couldn't speak to me, that I was not on our 'account', funny I was the one who ordered the phone and sent a copy of my driver's license, they could certainly speak to me then.

I realize this is falling on uncaring ears and that we will never be free of you rip-off artists, but wanted to let you know that we will NEVER pay you a dime, because we never got any phones or service and that if this harrassment continues I will file suit with the FTC.

I am copying all my documents with the time and name of each rep I have spoken to at worldcom and will have a substantial case. I would like to know who signed for the phones and if anyone did, why is there no air time? This is obviously the worst customer service anywhere, that is why there are whole websites devoted to you rip offs.

CANCEL MY ACCOUNT EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!
