MCI Worldcom Wireless I USE TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, IT SUCKS

I use to work for worldcom and will be checking this site every so often to give tips on how to overcome the problems that arise in the wireless division. i have numbers and some names as to people who can steer you in the right direction. i have passwords to get into the cues where sales people call to get things done quicker. if you speak as a salesperson and have the password you are good to go. fire away...some things that you should know...

word on the street is
there is a new call center opening to handle all the calls.

there is alot of fraud in the company with wireless

there are alot of upset customers(no shix) but alot more upset employees

emails to people in the company are usually there first and last name @wcom.com

good luck getting thru to 800-254-8991, or 8995 or 1800-507-8932 password for february is persistance.
