Complaint Review: MCI Worldcom Wireless

MCI Worldcom Wireless-No Service and no customer service BUT a Ripoff!

I hadn't had any problem with the company for the 9 mos. that I had had my phone until our area code changed. I called numerous times, and of course talked to someone different everytime, and noone could manage to get my phone reprogrammed for the new area code. I have been given 3 new numbers, but have never had any service on any of them. I have had no phone service for over three months, but I am receiving bills for service I didn't have. I haven't even been able to get through to customer service for over a month. They have a recording that tells you your not going to get through. I have e-mailed customer service several times to no avail. By the time they respond to my e-mail, they think the problem has already been resolved. So I have no way of even addressing my problem with the company. I have searched the websites and their are no names or addresses for anyone specific that you could file a complaint with. I have already filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, but even they are having trouble nailing down who the complaint should be filed with. MCI Worldcom Wireless is the worst! I wish I had never gotten involved with them and want to warn anyone else who is considering their service.
