Complaint Review: MCi Worldcom Wireless

My husband and I have a cell phone through Worldcom Wireless. From the beginning we have had nothing but problems. They charge us long distance fees on almost every call we make. Even calls that are a few miles down the road from our home.

Now there is something wrong with our phone. None of the calls will go through. We get a busy signal every time we try to make a call. We have been trying to call cust omer service for days and can never get through to speak to a customer service person.

A recording comes on and says all representatives are busy and to call later, then we are disconnected. We have also sent emails and we get a computer generated email thanking us for emailing them and to call customer service at the 800 number listed. We cannot even use our phone and yet we are expected to pay our bill.

We live in California so I guess we will try to make a complaint with the California Public Utilities Commission. I don't know if that will help but it's worth a try. I am also going to file a complaint with the Better Business Burae. I wish I had seen this webpage before we signed up for this service.
