I am filing this report on behalf of my parents who are senior citizens, and have no other recourse than to go on-line for help, they are being harassed for payment for service on a cellular phone that has not been in working order for the last 5 months. The company is requesting $83.49. Her account number is #28-00023236. Worldcom Wireless phone number is (973) 868-1513. The most recent bill was dated 11/29/01. My mother's name is Louise Rallis, Nutley, NJ. I am filing this report on her behalf.

"I received my wireless phone and everything was working. I was on vacation in August of this year,2001 and had no service whatsoever. I did need this phone for emergency purposes and repeatedly requested customer service assistance to no avail. The phone is still not in working order, I will not pay this amount when I have not received any service, nor any assistance. I have never made a call, except for October 16, which I will pay the $4.16 for the call, I was shocked the phone worked."
