I ORDERED SERVICE FROM WORLDCOM WIRELESS AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE PHONE IT CAME WITHOUT AN OWNER'S MANUAL.REQUESTED AN OWNER'S MANUAL AND NEVER RECEIVED ONE.

I CANNOT MAKE A PHONE CALL WITHOUT DIALING THE AREA CODE FIRST AND I CAN'T ACTIVATE MY VOICEMAIL. MY SON DOES BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND HE SAYS THE SERVICE IS LOUSY.I'VE HAD THE PHONE FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS AND THERE'S NO COMMUNICATION.

I'M STUCK WITH PHONE THAT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK AND I'M AFRAID BECAUSE I HAVE TO DIAL THE AREA CODE FIRST I WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL CHARGES. I HOPE THAT OTHERS WILL COME TO THIS WEB SITE FIRST BEFORE THEY DECIDE TO DO BUSINESS WITH WORLDCOM WIRELESS
