I cannot believe I read the information I did on another RIP OFF report. It's true. The hold times to talk to a customer service rep is at minimum 40 minutes. One time I called, I was on hold for 45 minutes. The rep that answered my call was rude and would not answer my questions. When I asked to speak to a manager, she queried as why I wanted to and then hung up on me. I was so mad I called back and asked again for a manager (after being on hold for another 45 minutes). I got to talk to one, but all he could say was "sorry." Which hardly remedied my problem...which was the clincher...

MCI Worldcom Wireless did not bill its custoemrs or mail any statement for approximately 6 months and said they could not because they were switching to a new billing system. Well, I was shocked when I saw how much I owed after six months (several hundreds of dollars) time even though I submitted normal monthly payments. Well, I was appalled that they wanted their money so quickly, but wouldn't give me the time of day when talking to the representative!

My experience with MCI Worldcom Wireless has been especially negative this past year--almost as if the company is going under and trying to salvage themselves in lieu of valuable customer service goals.
