I received a great offer by fax in March of 2001 from Worldcom Wireless. I acted upon this offer not knowing Worldcom would be reselling AT&T bandwith. I unfortunately lost my phone in May 2001 and have been unsuccessful in reactivating a new cell phone since July! I've been charged for 5 months, 29.99 each month, for service I was not getting or couldn't get!

After calls and calls and holding for many many hours, I still have no phone service. Worldcom supervisors, like Derrell Scarlett (direct Dial 630-795-5519),do not return phone calls and treat you with indifference. If you are planning on getting a cell phone, consider the customer service you may get from Worldcom Wireless and resist making those fat cats any wealthier. They have the nerve of telling you of their great customer service awards they have won in London while you are on hold, but the truth is...it flat out sucks big @*&! toes!
