I have been reading everyone else's nightmares with MCI Worldcom Wireless. I also have my own complaint filed here.

Please, do all of us a favor, and report your problems to the FCC. Go to this website and fill out the form. There's power in numbers. If they hear from a number of us, that will put pressure on MCI to get their act together.
